1. Digital OpSec (Operational Security)
When engaging in online communities (Reddit, Discord), use a dedicated email address disconnected from your real-life identity. Do not share faces or identifying room features in initial photos.
2. In-Person Support Groups
Many local LGBTQ+ centers offer dedicated support groups for crossdressers, trans individuals, and questioning folks. These are strictly confidential environments where you can safely present as your authentic self.
